Workgroup Calendar with Exchange folders support released

                Updates: 
      Microsoft Exchange  folders are now supported. Now you can combine Personal and Public calendars into  one group calendar folder. You can also create a group calendar folder in  Public Folders
      By default  user/resource name is now suggested without the "Calendar" text
      
      The  default Calendar folder can now be used as a group folder 
      
      Fixes: 
    Application  would become unresponsive in some cases after creating a group calendar folder  on Windows Vista / Outlook 2007 systems
    Calendar  entries without any assigned label would appear with “[ ]” symbols in front of  the subject in group calendar folder
Empty  Personal Folders root folder would show in the Management Panel if within there  are no calendar type folders
